Success Case

Data Recintos ensures compliance with the Federal Revenue for JBS Terminals

JBS Terminals needed to comply with the COANA N72/22 regulation of the Brazilian Federal Revenue (RFB) to start operations. It was necessary to integrate and transmit data to the Recintos API, operating in the public area of the Port of Itajaí and the private area, as well as manage people and vehicle accesses and ensure traceability. To overcome the challenges, the company adopted Data Recintos, ensuring the start and regularity of operations.

Context

JBS Terminals needed to comply with the COANA N72/22 regulation of the Brazilian Federal Revenue (RFB) to start operations. It was necessary to integrate and transmit data to the Recintos API, operating in the public area of the Port of Itajaí and the private area, as well as manage people and vehicle accesses and ensure traceability. To overcome the challenges, the company adopted Data Recintos, ensuring the start and regularity of operations.

The Challenge

Fully comply with COANA N72/22; integrate the Recintos API; operate two terminals (public and private); integrate and customize the TOS N4-Navis-Kaleris; register and georeference areas and equipment; manage people accesses (turnstiles) and vehicles; accurately monitor RFB submissions and returns.

Objective

Ensure compliance with the RFB through integration with the Recintos API, automate operational event communication, unify the two terminals (Itajaí public and JBS private), integrate the TOS N4 and ensure registration/georeferencing and access control, with monitoring of submitted data and returns.

The Solution

Data Recintos provides a robust platform for RFB compliance: operational mapping, integration and customization with TOS N4 (with data extractor) and a monitoring portal for events transmitted to the Federal Revenue.

Complete mapping of the two terminals' operations and correct transmission of required information

Development of a data extractor integrated with TOS N4 to capture RFB-required data

Customization of TOS N4-Navis-Kaleris to accept new RFB-required information

Implementation of a monitoring portal for events integrated with the Federal Revenue.

Technologies used: Data Recintos; integration with Recintos API (RFB); TOS N4-Navis-Kaleris; registration and georeferencing of areas and equipment; access control (people and vehicles); monitoring portal.

Results

The adoption of Data Recintos was decisive to start and maintain operations in compliance, integrating TOS N4 with the Recintos API, automating information submission and ensuring end-to-end monitoring and traceability.

Full compliance with COANA N72/22 regulation

Continuous operation of terminals, avoiding RFB shutdown risk

Effective integration of TOS N4 data with Recintos API

Automation of information submission, reducing manual entries and errors

Accurate monitoring of operations, increasing security and traceability.

With Data Recintos, JBS Terminals ensured regulatory compliance, optimized processes, and secured the start and continuity of activities with safety.
